Labor day weekend!

i feel good kinda not really for that i ran lake merced today =)) but i actually walked almost half the time =(( but i feel sore and firm on my thighs so thats progress right? but i never really ran lake merced it was actually like my first time well second time if you count goin wit my mom and kiko but i just walked the damn thang hahaha but yeeeesas

i really do love the feeling of being hella sore and tired and ready for more! go j9 go j9 go!

rice-1 cup each bowl
egg-1 each bowl
corned beef-1/2 cup, a lot less second bowl
sausage-2 pieces vienna onle on second bowl
half bag of cheetos chips

a lot of food! so dont eat or gorge on dinner!!!!!

7 oreo cookies -_-

dinner:
rice-like 1.5 cups
fish-2 fired pieces
chicken-ham glazed

omg!!! but i skipped 19 but i had a nice stomache by the next morning but skipped the 20th for cuzzo birthday reasons! =)))

and i skipped the 17th for last day of prehighschool summer day =)))))

but kfc bucket=i eat
jollibee spaghetti on the table and yumbergers and fries on the side=i eat
go to target and get mad and buy tostitos and chilli for dinner=fat
but i ate a banana and apple at 3 after chicken and had a good amount of water =))
