breakfast blaed: ~630 in the mornin
rice-11/2 or something cups
adobo-3 pieces-microwaved-so idk how much oil my filipino auntie put in it
spam-5 french fry thin strips/1 hash brown looking
oil-3 lid measured units-then absorbed a good amount of oil in a paper towel when i realized there werent anymore eggs

its fucking cold
and boy meets worlds about to be on
damn i think i ate the heart or liver of the chicken adobo took the 3 worst pieces ive ever had, yeah fuckin healthy...

water-16.9+(1/2)16.9~15.6 oz as of 7 in the morning
+17more oz +17more oz+17oz more=51+15.6=66.6oz water (all day)
ugh im paying no attention of boy meets world because of my new crazy interest on writing down what i eat and drink.. i shouldnt be on this alot or else imma get tired of this so yeah.

pastry-like half a little pastry, they were cut up and werent mine from anderson bakery

lunch mah lung: 1230
rice-1 cup
polish-370calories, 1/2 my sodium intake for the day and 1/2 my total fat for the day
oil-same amount 130 cal. for tblspn
bread-2 slices, 160 cal.
butter-not a lot at all, like a smere of butter on a corner of one of my bread
egg salad-old stuff from the back of the fridge made by mader same amount as the butter 80cal for eggs and butter?
740 cal. for lunch -__-

sleeping for like 8 hrs wout anyone waking me up

pastry-1/2 again - 9pm

rice-cup? idk not alot
chicken-4 small pieces and crumbles of white meat from lucky's chicken. had that chicken since like 5 days or something
