i finally have the urge to make a food journal just to prove myself that i really do have a eating problem. so from now on. i will wake up early to eat breakfast, be on time with lunch, have a hearty dinner, 2 good snacks, and PLENTY of water everyday. Too much? well lets see how i can beat my old eating habits and type down everything ive eaten for the days. i really hope this helps or else ill fail in life!
ive also printed out some workouts to help my vertical ability and arm fat. so lets see how i look after senior years done! thumbs up!
